I have created this website the internal connection as a school for you to be able to study HeYiTongBei and Internal Arts in general no matter where you are. This website is also a resource for anyone interested in things like QiGong and Internal Martial Arts.
I want your experience here to be as close as possible to what you would have with me in the park. People just walking by are free to watch and ask questions and I answer the questions happy to give tips on breathing or movement. Students recieved a relaxed open atmosphere with personal lessons and a willingness from me to answer any questions and spend the time to help you get it.
